Centina by Giacomo Moor

The Centina Collection, which allude to "scaffolding" made for the construction of the arches, while in substance it is really a constructive invention that incorporates the solution of the keystones for the "closure" of the arches themselves. A detail that in some ways refers to the "material subtraction" patented by Alvar Aalto for bending solid wood, and for others it is courageously original, and programmatically counter current: because here the normally flexed elements are transformed to "work" in compression, thus breaking down a secular logic, simply "overturning" and finding another less obvious.
The collection includes a table, a desk and a shelf.
