Sometimes it is just better to leave things unseen. It is different than ignorance, rather, it is dedication to what is really needed to be seen. Fog is a low coffee table that is designed to hide objects. Inspired by Sumi-e paintings, frosted surfaces of the table puts objects into fog. The challenge was to design a furniture for Non-Virtual world, which is one of the recent problems of this time period. The designer’s approach was to give an experience of better focus on reality by limiting possible distraction.
