Carrê by Ronald Sasson

The Carrê table center was designed to aesthetically make possible two languages of the form, the union of the organic heat with the cartesian tracing of the wire. The piece was designed in such a way that the production of the crystal and melting process occurred inside the wire structure, creating a unified object where the curves and the organic aspect flowed within a kinetic and mathematical movement.
The design was inspired by the nests of birds that are supported on the thin branches of the trees, and despite the concrete and hard aspect the object has its own poetry. A crystal was used in the high purity blowing process, being molded straight into the frame which is made of polished copper.
