In the Basket collection the most important elements are its functionalities. The base is a container that can be used to store anything next to a sofa or bed. While the wooden tablet behaves as a tray since it can be removed from the structure and serve as a serving tray on a table or bed depending on where the table is used.

It is also very much a graphic discussion between the different materials used and the visual weight of each of the components of the table: the thick and almost raw rattan basket, the thin metal wire structure, and the thick massive wood table top that doubles as tray.
