Cheese Companions by Agency, Alison Jackson and Jon Goulder

Agency in collaboration with Alison Jackson and Jon Goulder produced 10 limited edition Cheese Companion sets that couple the experience of good food + good design.

The collection consists of three knives used to cut and serve cheese, pates and butter; cheese knife, soft cheese knife, spreading knife, all made from brushed stainless steel.

They play on the manipulation of a single flat sheet of metal through a combination of folds, to create a functional and intriguing piece of cutlery, a deceptively simple structure for the simple pleasure of savouring cheese.
